The staff, especially Mrs Nadia and Cristina at reception, were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our every need was met throughout our visit. The restaurant offered delectable meals at great value, and the secure ski storage made it so convenient to access our gear each day. The blend of warm hospitality and top-notch amenities truly made our holiday unforgettable, and we can't wait to return!
